Accommodation services
Emergency housing, also known as emergency accommodation, is short-term housing for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. It gives someone a safe place to stay straight away while a longer-term home is arranged.
It can take different forms, including supported housing, night shelters and temporary placements arranged by a local authority. For many people it is the first step away from rough sleeping and towards the support and settled accommodation they need.

We take on your property under a clear written agreement and use it to meet genuine accommodation requirements from councils, commissioners and care organisations.
Our Emergency Accommodation service works with councils and organisations. Supported Living referrals are welcome from individuals, families, social workers, housing providers and support organisations.
